お客様から「茶道はアカデミックなの？」とご質問を受けたのに、英語の「アカデミック」がわからず返答できなくて少し自分に残念な気持ちになりました。

Un client m’a demandé si la cérémonie du thé était une discipline académique, mais je n’ai pas su répondre car je ne connaissais pas le sens du mot « académique » en anglais. J’ai été un peu déçu de moi-même.
Oui, elle est considérée comme importante dans le domaine de l’éducation et de la culture. Récemment, elle a même été intégrée dans certains cours universitaires. Il ne s’agit pas simplement d’un loisir, mais d’une matière culturelle permettant d’étudier de manière systématique la culture et l’esthétique japonaises.
Un cliente mi ha chiesto: “La cerimonia del tè è accademica?”, ma non ho saputo rispondere perché non capivo il significato inglese di “accademico”, il che mi ha lasciato piuttosto deluso di me stesso.

Ein Kunde fragte mich: „Ist die Teezeremonie akademisch?“ Ich konnte jedoch keine Antwort geben, da ich die englische Bedeutung von „akademisch“ nicht verstand, was mich ziemlich enttäuscht machte.
Ja, sie wird als pädagogische und kulturelle Beschäftigung hoch geschätzt. Seit kurzem wird sie sogar in Universitätskurse integriert. Sie ist nicht nur ein Hobby, sondern ein kulturelles Fach, in dem man systematisch etwas über die japanische Kultur und Ästhetik lernen kann.
