私が使用している決済機器は、携帯電話で支払うクレジットカードでエラーが出ることが多く、支払いがその場でできなかったので、後日振込をしていただきました。（申し訳なかったです）振り込んだお知らせとともに、こんな幸せな写真と素敵なメッセージをいただいたので、通常の支払いよりも幸せというリワードを追加で頂戴しました…。ありがとうございました！

The payment terminal I use often has issues processing credit card payments made via mobile phones, so I wasn’t able to process the payment on the spot. As a result, the customer had to make a bank transfer later. (I’m so sorry about that.) Along with the notification of the transfer, they sent me this heartwarming photo and a lovely message—so I received an extra reward that made me even happier than a regular payment would have… Thank you so much!

Le terminal de paiement que j’utilise rencontre souvent des problèmes avec les cartes bancaires payées par téléphone portable, et comme je n’ai pas pu effectuer le paiement sur place, j’ai dû demander à la cliente de me faire un virement bancaire plus tard. (Je m’en excuse.) En plus de l’avis de virement, elle m’a envoyé cette photo pleine de joie et un message adorable, ce qui m’a procuré une satisfaction bien plus grande qu’un simple paiement… Merci beaucoup !

El dispositivo de pago que utilizo suele dar errores con las tarjetas de crédito que se pagan a través del móvil, por lo que no pude cobrar en ese momento y tuve que pedirle que me hiciera una transferencia más tarde. (Lo siento mucho). Junto con el aviso de la transferencia, me envió esta foto tan bonita y un mensaje encantador, por lo que recibí una recompensa adicional que me hizo más feliz que el pago en sí… ¡Muchas gracias!

Bei dem Zahlungsgerät, das ich benutze, kam es häufig zu Fehlern bei Kreditkartenzahlungen über das Handy, sodass die Zahlung nicht sofort abgewickelt werden konnte. Deshalb bat ich den Kunden, den Betrag später per Überweisung zu begleichen. (Das tut mir leid.) Zusammen mit der Überweisungsbestätigung erhielt ich dieses fröhliche Foto und eine nette Nachricht, sodass ich zusätzlich zu der üblichen Zahlung eine besondere Belohnung in Form von Freude erhielt … Vielen Dank!
